Each METTIQUE piece of work is crafted and stitched entirely by hand, piece-by-piece, by distinguished craftsmen recruited at our own atelier. We aim for each piece of our work to be as unique as possible. Therefore all of the products are only available in one piece in each unique leather and color combinations.

If you are interested in customizing your very own unique leather and color combinations on any of our product models, please kindly email us at info@mettique.com. Bespoke products usually take up to 3 weeks to craft, once the leather and color combinations have been agreed upon and full payment has been received. We will email you an invoice. We happily accept Mastercard, Visa, PayPal or Western Union transfer.

Each METTIQUE piece of work in packed individually with a dust bag, stitched with a METTIQUE logo-embossed Italian cowhide tag as well as a box with METTIQUE logo-embossed Italian cowhide tag.

For all international shipping addresses outside of Thailand, products of crocodile, alligator, python and lizard skins require CITES permits specific to each product. Once your purchase online has been confirmed, if necessary, within 1 to 2 days, we will email you to inquire for additional information required for the CITES applications. Please allow up to 10 to 21 days for CITES application processes, on top of the delivery process. Once the CITES permit is ready, we will email you a copy of CITES permit before we ship out the product(s) along with the official CITES permit.

We usually dispatch orders within 2 working days. Products with CITES require additional time prior to dispatch. Delivery times vary based on destination. Delivery times range from 1 to 3 working days and 5 to 10 working days depending on the shipping address within Thailand and outside of Thailand, respectively.

If your product is defective or if you have received an incorrect order by mistake, please send it back to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, but the return shipping isn’t covered. All items must be returned in original condition and in the original METTIQUE packaging.All our products come with a 3 year warranty, please contact us at info@mettique.com if anything happens.

If you made an error when purchasing online, and it’s still within 48 hours of placing your order, contact our support team via info@mettique.com right away and we should be able to adjust your order before it leaves our hands.

Our products are covered by a 3-year warranty from the day they were bought, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.

A pre-order item is an order you can make for an item that has already been sold and is currently out of stock. If you see an “out of stock” item and you would like to place an order for one just like that, you are welcome to pre-order the item. We will craft a new one for you.

The pre-order items take up to 3 weeks to craft from the date the order was placed plus Shipping & Delivery. Usually, it takes 1-2 weeks to craft the items but we promise a 3-week period just to be sure.

Yes, definitely. When a pre-order item is made, we handcraft the pre-order item, piece by piece, based on all specifications ordered by each customer. We always have full control over productions and we can guarantee on the promised production and Shipping & Delivery periods.

For pre-order items you will be charged during checkout at the time of purchase. Since we will be crafting a bespoke item specifically for your order, we do require the full amount to be paid upfront.

Yes, of course you can combine stock and pre-order items. We will hold the stock items until the pre-order items are ready and ship them out together. If you wish for your stock items to ship immediately, please place a separate order for stock items only.

Like all transactions, you'll be charged full amount upfront and we will hold your order and ship once all items are ready. The shipping amount you are charged during check out is based on our Shipping & Delivery rates. If you wish for your items to ship as they are immediately available, please place separate orders.
